Godot GDScript HLSL

For a while, I actually considered studying game design. Even though I have no regrets focusing my full attention on lower-level programming, I think my abilities as a designer and artist does set me apart from most other programmers.

Cubecade is by far my favorite title, but my Ludum Dare game jam submissions were always very competitive entries in their respective competitions.

Cubecade

April 2019 — Godot, HLSL — Itch.io

A fast-paced, single-attack fighting game with an ironic twist.

I found myself remaking this game over and over again every time I picked up a new programming language. Once I discovered Godot I did the same, but decided to pay proper tribute to the idea and release it on itch.io.

Warehouse Tycoon

A relaxing packing game done in 3 days for the Ludum Dare 53.

Players must pack as many packages into the truck each day, ensuring earnings cover the costs of delivery. Larger packages yield more, fuller trucks trigger score multipliers.

The game was well received by the community, ranking #73 overall and #48 in fun out of 1720 Jam submissions.
